- Can I order the product if I am in another city?
Yes, we work all over Ukraine and also do delivery outside of its borders.
- How do you work if the object is in another city?
We produce the products in our own workshop and carry out its delivery in Ukraine and a full assembly and connection of communications at your place.
- Are there any discounts for individual customers?
Yes, for regular and wholesale customers contractual discounts are provided.
- What are the terms of manufacturing?
On average 10-15 working days are needed.
- What is the form of payment?
Cash payment and cashless payment.
- Do you have a warranty on your products?
On all products we provide a warranty.
- Do you work only on standard projects?
We work both on standard and individual projects, and we can develop for you an exclusive design of the object.
- And how long will be done objects, if there are many?
Regardless of the number of objects, all of them will be done in parallel; on average, the production time of a batch of objects is 10-15 days.
- Is it possible to order an object with specific requirements on finishing and electrics?
Yes, you can order from us an incomplete object or an object with non-standard requirements in finishing and electrics.
- How long does it take to install the product on the site?
On average, 1-3 working days are sufficient for installation on site and connection of communications.
